you make a misstake preflop by only calling, preflop you should decide to push or fold. every Q,K,A is now a scarecard for you. if you play for set value it's also a bad call.

He plays only halve stack I would push preflop. enough hands you will beat preflop.

as played: I would donkbet flop 1-1.2$ to represent an ace.

was villain passive or aggresive ?

passive villian is fold preflop, loose aggresive is allin preflop

I played few hands with him all I can say is that he is loose and caught me bluffing once. I stacked him little later having AK, reraised his TT preflop and flopped straight over his T set (very lucky indeed).

Tough situation.

This small bet on flop stinks. Either he has monster (AA, AK, 55, 66), or is on bluff.
I think that after your check on flop, he realized that flop missed you and took advantage of it. If he is loose, he may have Ax, high pockets, but also small pocket, or is on total bluff.

So it would be a fold.

JJ is a big hand preflop 5-handed especially if your opponent is loose.
Allin preflop. or Call preflop- Check/Raise Flop Allin on a low board is also good.

Thats a stupid argument. There's only 3 hands out of his whole range which have you completely beat preflop. He could be raising with even KJ, K10, 99, TT, 88, 77 etc. Just push, there's a big chance he'll call with a worse hand because he's shortstacked.

The times that he has QQ/KK or AA , so be it. To his raising range you should just push preflop, don't call and get committed when there are overcards on the flop, just push when you're ahead of his range.

I played like 10 - 20 hands with this villain. I can't say what kind of player he is accurately. He could be just lucky preflop and I had false image. I don't like the idea of going AI preflop with JJ having played so little hands. The only worst hands that would call me would be AQ+ but the profit that I can get from them (almost a coinflip slight favorite) is not enough to cover the losses from QQ+ I think.

there are also enough hands that will fold. and you show him he cant play around with you.
