I think I would play turn and river the same. I would make my turn bet a little bigger though.
I would expect villain to bet flop with 68xx, so he certainly has taken a strange line on the river, I wouldn't expect to be raised much here.
That said there are a bunch of hands that beat us here so we have to fold to the raise. I would likely check call the river since our opponents hands are going to have a lot of air and we want him to bluff.
I don't expect anyone to be calling with a worse hand than the one we are betting, so if we do bet, it is as a bluff to try and make someone fold a set.
