Should I have raised pre? Should I have called flop? I think villain would have raised anyway on the flop as cbet. Is it likely that I am behind here? Possible sd is out there, set if queens or KKxx hand. How often will my 1 pair hold up?

I don't mind just calling preflop here sometimes since your two side cards are very bad. On the flop however i'm probably not folding and might even raise. There are a lot of hands we are doing well against, plus we have a backdoor flush draw and pairing a deuce might also be good enough.
Given we have 58 cents left on the flop, I would probably raise and get the money in here. The player out of position is betting enough hands that we have good equity against though occasionally yes he will turn up with QQ, but not that often.
