Hey guys!

This is going to be a new blog of mine to cover my first steps in MTTs. It's better to keep those results separated so I'll try to not mess this blog with cash games results (there's another blog for them).

MTT history:
I didnt like playing them, but entered big freerolls if got tickets (VIP 100k monthly on Stars, 5k monthly on ipoker - 70 players only, etc.) and didnt perform very well except one 5k freeroll i won (for $1350)...
About a week ago, I played that tourney again and finished 7th for $175 and was checking my old accounts on different platforms for any left money, tickets or some loyalty points and realized I still have 107,000 FPP & $123 on Stars.

Short-term plan:
So, there's where journey begins. I'll play all 150-1,000 fpp tourneys and satellits and use T$ for any MTT in a range of $5-$10 for now.

Long-term plan:
Expected BRM is 100BIs for any online MTT and 40BIs for live ones. I'll play Sunday majors on Stars in June '11 before we're leaving to Vegas.

- I'll count Titan's money as $ to make it easier
- Mansion & Titan money are locked and some points requirements have to be met before withdrawing
- there's no BRM for FPP points, but i'll count them at $0.01/fpp (standard value is 0.016 but i cant exchange them)

i played bunch of 280fpp hyperturbo satellits (no idea into what) and won a bit:

FPP used: 5600
T$ won: 110
$/fpp: 0.0196

$123.41 - PokerStars
T$115.5 - PokerStars
€40.18 - Titan
$172.92 - Mansion
100,103 fpp - PokerStars

BR: 1453.01

I think I should spend all fpps there (easily in few hours), so I'll have somehow "standard" bankroll...

I have few questions though:

1. Are there any good ~$10 MTTs on iPoker? which? when?
2. Can I use Titan points to buy into some MTT?
3. what MTTs on PS should I play except those hyperturbos for 'FPP into $ exchange' purpose?

I played another ~30 those 280fpp hyperturbos (dont know exactly because 3rd place is buyin back and i havent set hem to import it yet^^)

FPP used: 7000
T$ won: 88
$/fpp: 0.0126

I entered 4 $10+1 mtts:
- $11 Deep Stack 10k gtd (still in: 238/615 remaining after 2 hours)
- 2x $11 Lamborghini freeroll qualifier (busted close to bubble both)
- $11 Daily Forty Grand $40k gtd (starting atm)

I started with 5k chips fell to 1000 and was one by last in chipcount after 40 mins, but have average stacksize atm..

atm:
- $11 Daily Forty Grand: 590/2190 (average stack)
- $11 Lamborghini qualifier: 23/74
- $100 iPoker freeroll 9/16 (i'm not focused at that one though)

1. busted in Daily Forty Grand.. I have to adapt to $10 mtts it seems^^ Those people dont respect 3barrels or big (and obvious) T checkraises. Pocket tens on QJxx board are good to get bust and I somehow didnt expect that :f_biggrin:

2. 15/256 in Lamborghini qualifier for $32 + ticket into 100k freeroll

3. still playing: 2/6 in $100 freeroll :f_cool:
