Your flop reraise is fine imo you dont want to let draws hit really, lets say you call and the turn is a queen you are now behind AK which could easily be in his range, but if your looking for extra value a call can work but for the above reason if one of the straight draws hit you may find it hard to play as you could be behind. There is also not many good cards for you that can come A completes QK, K completes AQ which he could be cbetting, ect so theres not alot of good cards to give you action.

Another tip i use is if im 20-30 BI's at the limit il normally reraise as it is the low variance play, no need to go tilting and lose half your BR but this just my opinion as i sometimes tilt easy.

I'm fine with the call preflop even tho it's 6bb, the pot is likely to become multiway and we have absolute position.

On the flop I'd raise slightly bigger to give villain better odds on calling it off on the turn, because I just don't think the sizing difference will change anything against his flop bet/continuing range on that board.
