0,25/0,50 Fixed-Limit Hold'em (9 handed)
Hand recorder used for this poker hand: Texas Grabem 1.7 by www.pokerstrategy.cc.

Preflop: Hero is BB with 6♣, 5♥
2 folds, MP1 calls, 5 folds, Hero checks.

Flop: (2,40 SB) 3♠, 5♣, J♥ (2 players)
Hero bets, MP1 raises, Hero ??

Is this hand strong enough to 3-bet, or should I fold?

against unknown i think there is nothing wrong with a fold. the pot is small and you have no idea where you ar ein the hand.

Agreed. I did push him out with a 3-bet and a lead on the turn, but it was kind of a shot in the dark.
