When UTG raises you firstly have to think about his range. He is going to show up with big pairs and strong wraps a lot of the time here. So he might have a hand like T986, KQJT, AAxx, KKxx, etc
Basically the times you flop some kind of straight draw you can find yourself getting freerolled by these hands or find yourself drawing to a dead idiot end straight draw.
The only good aspect to your hand is the suited ace. If the 4 7 was really Q 9 then that would be the least required to be playable.
As for the flop , I can easily see people betting a similar hand to yours, something like AA4x and of course 7654 or KK45.
One of the issues you need to be aware of is when you get deeper play in omaha like you have now (pretty much everyone has 200 bets) then your starting hand requirements become more and more important. When you play hands like this preflop you are always going to give yourself tough decisions.
Personally I can see myself calling the initial raise because I don't think the hand is terrible heads up in position against an early raiser, but soon as it goes multiway and reraised you have to throw it away as all of your draws can be dominated.
What that means is when you are winning you will often not bet your hand because you don't know you are winning, and when you are behind you will count your outs incorrectly and call when you should be folding.
Putting money in when behind and not putting money in when ahead makes this hand unprofitable multiway, despite being in position.
