[Closed] All in with KK on the flop (886)

Hello,

Pre-flop I should rise to 0.1$ but I miss-clicked. On the flop I thought it's risky to shove against so many opponents with only an overpair but since the only hands that could beat me were 66, AA and some random hands with one of the remaining two eights I couldn't see myself folding to a bet. I decided shoving is better than check/ calling so I tried to take down the pot on the flop, or beat an AK, smaller pocket-pair or straight-draw on the showdown. I think shoving was a mistake....What do you think?

Thanks for the evaluation and best wishes!

Hi,

Besides the 4xbb instead of 5xbb, NH.

There is nothing else to do than to shove on the flop. It is true that often you will see somebody with set or random 2-pair.

+1

Nice hand. With so many opponents it's possible someone has hit hard, but that's not good enough reason to just give up your very strong hand.
