Good re-steal?

It probably isn't a bad steal, but the problem is that you will usually force out all the worse aces and kings from his range with this big 3bet and isolate yourself against better hands.

So that in mind I think flatting here is better. (plus it hides the strength of our hand)

If our stack was little smaller in relation to the blinds then pushing to resteal would be standard/fine.


i think 3bet/calling in a BTN v SB situation is perfectly fine, we will get value from worse hands (unknowns are reluctant to fold AT-AQ in this spot).

As long as you are 100% committed to getting it all in pre if he 4bet shoves then your play is fine.

if you are not sure, or not comfortable getting it all in if he 4bets then just flat it and play hit or miss post.
