And when cr can we call against certain opponents? If we give villan a 5 50% of the times and a wrap the rest we would be alomst even money to call.

I think SB shows up with AAxx and KKxx as well here, smart players wont 3 bet these hands out of the blinds preflop.
We're beating only his bluffs, so you need to be sure he is bluffing 40% of the time to justify a call here. I would fold the flop and be happy about it. There is no point making this small pot into a big pot without a good hand to go with it. I take it you folded and he showed a bluff? 
If he did that's actually pretty great for us, bluff raising is really expensive thing to do, and we only need to pick up a hand once to win his entire stack when this happens
Personally on that flop I would bet $24 with my entire range barring AA. 2/3rds pot. If I had AAxx it would be half pot since I don't fear aces or kings hitting the turn like I do with QQxx.

He is short-stacked so I think 3-bet with those hands is the best play for him there.

If I was in villan spot I would probably cr a lot more than a 5 and thats more than 40% of hands. But that is my problem of think my opponents is playing like me

As you pointed out, which I didn't really pay attention to initially, he was shortstacked. If you check raise this flop, you need to be showing down the best hand, which is why having aces rather than kings or queens makes a big difference. Gives less overcards to hit and stops you being dominated by a bigger pair.
a better line to take instead of check raising a lot of flops would be to smooth call the flop. Most players without a 5 will check behind on the flop because they're worried you're slowing playing a house. Then you just bet big into them on the river because you know they're weak. They can't really call the bet unless of course they spike the 2 outer full house with their overpair (or another 5 hits).
