i dont think you need these tricky lines against an unknown so cbet and try to go broke at flop, cos you had pretty good equity against everyhand...
Dublimax said it well, after your raise, there is noway he will bet the turn unless with a premium flush.... and this card can also fear him... so std line is good here i think, without read...

He would often take stab, so c/r flop is fine, since you´re mostly c/f that board
I´d bet very small on the turn smt to 5$ after timing down a little. I think he won´t really find fold there flush which he likely has and if you check to him he would very often check back and then might call or fold to your river shove
If you bet 4-5$ on the turn and 10$ on the river, I think he would call you down more often. Ofcourse going to c/rai on the tun or c/c is also fine depending how much he bets
