SB: $18.95
BB: $25.00
Hero (UTG): $34.09
CO: $25.00
BTN: $31.57

Pre Flop: ($0.35) Hero is UTG with Q :diamond: A
Hero raises to $0.75, 1 fold, BTN calls $0.75, SB calls $0.65, 1 fold

Flop: ($2.50) 2 :spade: Q :spade: 7 :club: (3 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $1.50, BTN calls $1.50, SB calls $1.50

Turn: ($7.00) A :spade: (3 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $4.50, BTN raises to $14.25, SB folds, Hero folds

This guy is really tight, he's 19/15 over 1k+ hands. Correct fold?

fold seems fine
I think you can also consider c/c turn and then c/c river, since it is really hard to call you down with worse hands so you can easily turn your hand into bluff catcher
