this is a tough spot. Call is very bad, BB can shove a lot there if he doesn't think you induce his shove. You have only two options, which are push orf fold. I mean what would you do if the flop comes A62 rainbow?
It really depends on the table dynamics, but I think I would let that one go and fold it because in my experience such a fishraise for half the stack is more often strong and his pfr is 9% (though the sample size is not too big).
Against this range: 22+, A8s+, KTs+, QTs+, JTs, A9o+, KJo+, QJo
we have 44,6% Equity, given the fact that someone behind us might have a monster, I think it is a very close fold. This of course is without fold equity, but I don't think he will ever fold this.
I agree, a fold seems to be the smartest choice even if it hurts to let KQ go against a shortie who opens late.
First of all i dont think KQ is exceptionally wide ahead of COs range. In addition our stacksize is awkward since it is too big for a comfortable push. 3bet/fold against an agressive BB sucks too.
So I would just fold there since i dont really see a +ev play.
