I have 154 strategy points and Im still bronze member. If I understand syster right. over 100 sp is silver membership right?

Status does not update instantly. It takes a few minutes, maybe hours. But you'll be Silver soon, don't worry.

yeah, i was silver member few days ago, and today I logged in, from another computer actually, and I'm bronze again

Just wanted to ensure that you are looking at the current rolling points (on the right hand side of your home page) as opposed to lifetime points.
Lifetime points build up towards your ultimate Black Member status
The rolling points make up your current PokerStrategy status of Bronze, Silver, Gold, etc.
