You will always gets different results using different methods. Later you will also realize that even Nash and ICM Trainer results are going to differ sometimes.
What is important to know here is that all these things are just models and never the perfect answer to your decision.
Later in your sng career it is often best to use some tol like sng wiz where you can manually adjust the ranges of your opponents. In this case the ICM Trainer assumes a static range which might be correct, but for some opponents the range is way to loose or tight. In the beginning I would suggest to go with something like Nash HU Ranges (holdemresources.net) which you could print out and use when you have reached the HU.

This. Basically SAGE is very loosely based around Nash HU ranges/ICM trainer ranges. However these ranges assume that BB is calling insanely wide. If he isn't, then you can shove. TBH on the lower limits I wouldn't worry about looking at hands here, I would just blindly shove any two knowing that BB is not going to call wide enough to make my shove unprofitable.
