Hi,

I think I play too passive in pots where I don't hit anything..is it ok or I should play different?

I would raise to 240 pre

and play the same postflop unless I have a read that he folds to Cbets often

After he checksbehind flop I put in a bet on the turn...
guessing this might be one of my leaks

I Cbet half pot here unless I have a read that he is never folding to a Cbet.

This is a nice flop to Cbet heads up IMO.

As played definately fire at the turn.

Oh yeah and 3x+1 per limper preflop as was allready stated.

This. I don't like betting this flop as it's quite wet and our fold equity is very very poor. As played on the river I would call that bet.
