Depends how strong your draw is, sometimes your draw will be favorite to win, in this case you can reraise. However very strong draws also benefit from having multiple callers, so if you just call a pot bet it might make someone else call as well which is an excellent result for you.
A draw that has less than 33% equity is not a draw - it's garbage. Everything else has odds to call flop.
