I grind 6.5$ ST SNG, multitabling 6-10 tables, I was doing well....

....thinking about next level, but then I decided to cashout some money and continue grinding this level.

I had a super save BRM, left about 120 BI for this level, but then this happened

During this swing, I tried to play less tables, play more tight, dont play at all for a while, but nothing really worked.

Anybody has some advices? Thanx.

Study when running good, study 3x more when running bad.

Cashout = DOOMSWITCH

On a more serious note, 32BI is not too horrible in super turbos. but playing less tables an studying harder during a downswing and feeling less confident is great advice. If it gets too bad, move down a limit and try to regain some confidence.

just went through a similar one 500 tourneys breakeven. not as bad as 50-100BI downswing, which can also happen once in a blue moon. (i didn't believe it until it did!)

for me it starts like this.

1) start getting cooled too often
2) start giving up loose pushes
3) opponents gain advantage
4) downswing continues

when I realized I was being afraid of the loose push cooler things came back around. I think it's kind of tilt.

hope it helps gl

I just hit a 35bi downswing on normal speed sng's.. and I'm trying to tell myself it's just variance :) So I guess thats what I'm also gonna tell you :)

Your running way below your ev for those last 250 games which is always a good sign.. It's not a good thing running below ev put sure it tells you that your loosing a lot of money due to some "bad luck"..

And your run prior to the downswing looks like a really good run and probably because of some positive variance on your side =)

Thanks for all your advices guys.

Its 3 weeks later and I still cant beat this 6.5$ turbo SNGs.

Ive played only 100 tournaments, because I play only 4 tables and dont have much time for poker, but despite I have much more time for decisions and I really make good ones(I always check my sessions in SNG wizard) I still cant recover!

Actually I won only 3 buyins and my EV line is ZERO! YES ZERO!!!

Right now I really dont know what to do...
