either you consider yourself to be still ahead often enough or you don't but you played inconsistently on the river. i would just call down from the turn on. when you say CO is kind of a weak passive player he could cap KQ and AQ on the flop but cap IP does rather indicate a flushdraw and he could easily have A2 A3 A4 A6 A7 A8 A9 AT AJ AK K8 K9 KT KJ of . 89 T9 J9 JT as well. assumed that he caps KQ and AQ on the flop, xQ-combinations do still outweigh to his flushdraw combinations. i think it's almost 50:50 that he does or doesn't have the flush and given that and especially due to the fact that sB is still involved, you have another value checkraise on the turn but if you think he wouldn't cap the Flop with KQ and AQ, you should rather calldown. i would checkraise again on the turn but as played you should also just call the river.
