On flop I would reraise a bit less to his minraise, maybe around 2.5$ or so, this way you get called by wider range but the bet is enough to protect against draws.

Hi Xzorius!

I agree with degnic. Just raise to $2.50-$3 on the flop. But an all-in after his raise is fine of course.
