[Closed] NL50: TT overpair on a montone flop

Tough spot. It doesn't really makes sense to shove the turn if he did make a boat, but then again you don't beat a lot either. He probably doesn't have Ax with a flush draw since he'd be shoving that on the flop, not on the turn when the board pairs.

That leaves out 4x with something like 34 or A4 or flopped flush which still has you crushed on the turn. And i dont really think he'd be shoving worse overpair here so imo its a fold. Only thing your beating is a bluff.

Yes I definitely remember thinking that the nut flush draw is making a move on the flop here and not waiting for the turn. For interest, do we then snap the shove on the flop? Similarly baby flushes are also making a play on the flop methinks.

Well the problem is even if he has something like AJ with a spade you only have 43% equity against his flushdraw, 2 overcards and a gutshot. He also has some suited aces and sets that has you beat and you will rarely see him doing something crazy with smaller overpair so i think i'd just fold it, since best you can hope for is a flip or he has you beat.

I won´t really bet that big on the flop and turn, but when you see shove on the turn then I think it is often some kind of flush, 4x or maybe even boat thinking that you´re not folding to his turn shove
Either way a lot of times you´re crushed there so b/f turn is better option than b/c
