villain is unknown. any comments on whether and how much we should raise on the flop. I am basically never laying down tptk against an unknown for 60bb, so main question seems to be how to play best against his range. I was thinking we should not raise less on the flop since if villain is raising a fd here, we don't want to get there cheaply. Anyone like to raise less? anyone prefer to just call?
