Well you basically have no good options here. He raised so big that he is making it clear he is not folding and it looks like his range should be quite strong but I think AA and KK are not in his range with that huge 3bet. I guess he is on AK,QQ,JJ most of the times here.
Calling is not a real option because the pot will be huge and you will be out of position.
I think you should just fold and puke. It is too early to get in big pots with TT unless you have a read that he is a maniac. If you have that read the push pre.
In situations like this you should make your decision preflop. I think it is the best way.

I hate TT, it is one of those hands that can get you in a lot of trouble, so I always overbet...

In this instance your min bet should have been 4x + 1 for the limper, but I would have gone 6x + 1...

If BTN came back with 4 x + 1 for the limper (1450) then you have a clear indication he has AA-QQ or AK and can just fold and play the next one.

Either push or fold preflop, but whithout reads rather fold.

Your iso-raise-size is ok, you can raise bigger, but dont need to.
