The subj detected on XP & Vista after upgrade from previous version(0.90 or early). Previous version was installed but not launched(systems was without .net 3.5 SP1).
There is not reproducible if you install Elephant in first time.

Hi stanisluv,
does this mean the autoimport folders are found but their state is "deactive" or are they just missing within the autoimport configuration?
If they are missing, what happens when hitting the Rescan button, are they found and added with status "active" this way?

I`m not sure but I think this mean the autoimport folders are found but their state is "deactive" beacuse users doesn`t say me that they don`t see any folders.
Also this may happens with other rooms. I say about PokerStars because 1 users told me that they play on PokerStars. I don`t have such information about other users.
Of course if they activate the folder & press "rescan" then autoimport work properly.
Thats pretty strange cause all automatically added folders will be set to the active state by default. If any user would like to deactivate them he has to do it manually.
And the method as descibed it's not reproducible at our side, could you please re-check that with your users.

All users already activate they folders. I just can re-check this on virtual machine.
I was wrong. The folder just missing within the autoimport configuration, but folder exist & portal installed in Elephant. I restart the Elephant but this doesn`t fix the problem. More than that: Elepant doesn`t find the folder if I press "rescan"!!!!
I have the same problem as in this screenshot.
Using win 7 64bit, no pokerstars folders appear even when pressing rescan or trying to manually add them.

have you tried to re-run the folder scanner?
What happens if you delet both folders or just one of them out of the AutoImport Configuration and re-run the scanner?

Yes I re-run folder scanner few times but nothing. I can`t delete any folder but if I deactivate one of them second one will be deactivated too after Elephants restart. I can delete xml-file & look what happens with this paths.
Yes, I`m testing on a 32 bit XP system. I delete AutoImportFolders.xml but this doesn`t work.
Can you explain why AutoImportFolders.xml in Win 7 & AutoImportFolders.xml in Win XP has different format?
The issue has been fixed, v0.94 is already available and I close this thread now. Otherwise please let me know.
