I passed the quiz, and gave my phone number, but i always get the message that they couldnt reach me. Can any1 tell me whats the catch in this?

There's no catch, it literally means that my colleagues couldn't reach you for phone verification 
According to the system, your starting capital has been approved about two hours ago - so you should receive it in the next few days.
