I'm afraid not. This particular promotion is only available to members who originally set up their account with PokerStrategy.
Members (like you & myself) who already held a PokerStars account prior to joining PokerStrategy are not eligible on this occasion, but keep watching the news page and stay active in the forum as there are always various promotions & events going on.
