BTN and BB regs. I don't like ever raise/folding here because I feel BTN will 3bet me all the time. I kiiind of fear SB might call me a bit wider than he should though.

im never shoving here and i dont think r/f is bad. the spot isnt that great for BTN to 3bet you. he has the other BS in the SB to worry about as well.
limp/shove is also another good balance line with this hand imo, but i much prefer MR/fold.
ofc shoving is +EV, but ive learnt to be more careful in these spots, especially when you cant realllly get exploited by the BTN because its not a great spot for him to exploit you.
I am raise calling, I don't think the other stacks will play back on you every time, but if they are loose, they will add many hands that you have dominated to their ranges.
