the raise on the flop is so small that I think I have to call?

yeah, flop is quite easy call.
I think turn and river bets are also fine. If he has there two pair+ he would likely shove putting you on AK

For judge, could you explain why you prefer to bet out turn than check/R? Is it because ch/R looks too strong or because villain chk behind Ax too often?

c/r can be reasonable and you get more of his bluffs, but if he really raised only with Ax hand then I think he might check that back, so better bet out yourself to get sure all the money goes in on the river
Also I think you don´t really take too many worse hands that line, so it also looks quite strong and he may get away Ax hand
