i would bet/call on a board like QQXr for pot control but for this sorta board ok play ?

Flop raise to protect against FD is fine. FD and fullhouse is unlikely to reraise u, which means opp is likely to have a Q too. I would get it in, no sweat.

he has enough worse Qx hands and draws that you can 3-bet flop and get all-in
Rainbow boards you can b/c flop, since players would sometimes bluffraise and you gain more value if you slowplay your hand
