I would Check Raise the flop. It's blind vs blind and I think having a good range to attack these boards on is great. But that does go hand-in-hand with what you 3-bet out of the Big Blind vs a SB open.

That said I'd probably 3-bet this preflop too :f_biggrin:

The river is a simple value bet/fold.

check raise flop ???? he is ip, and my thought are if he bet bet check he often has a hand like q8 i think pure trash he folds or a weak madehand like 6x he wants to c/c as a bluffcatcher against 55 (or what should we bet a busted gutshot?????)and for this reason a b/f ist good here?

i think check behind and bet are close because hero wouldn't bet so much madehands for value here so c/c is getting worse for him and i think we should bet more less.

please excuse my language but i am from the german forum and i didn't speak a year a word ;).

Apologies I did mean raise, got positions mixed up

Either way i think raising here is fine, with a weaker kicker I'd be happier calling but middle pair 3rd kicker is a strong hand in BVB and I'm going to want to attack boards like this quite often in BvB. We can get calue out of hand like T9, weaker 8's and 6's so I think there are enough hands to go for the rasie immediately.

We can mix is 6's and weak 8's and some peels to keep ourselves somewhat balanced but A High boards are notoriously difficult to balance on so it's a question of how often you are going to attack the board.

When he checks the river, very few players at 2/4 are going to have an Ace here and be looking for a x/r. Ocdcasionally it will happen but more often than not he's going to have a weak 8, a PP or a 6 here. I guess he could be just giving up too but there are more than enough hands to value bet against on the river. I think checking a hand this strong is pretty weak on this board.
