I have read in plenty of previous threads "The details of criteria involved for the second starting capital cannot be disclosed."
But a friend of mine busted his first capital playing NL50 in like 2-3 days, then got offered a new one, having been a member less than a month(he called to gloat about this :P), so the criteria must not be very in line with the guidelines and suggestions on proper playstyle?
