15/9 4.4% 3bet but only 138 hands. JJ+ AK?
i find many times villain to have AQ+ in that spot so i avoid flips in early stages but i am known for my chicken style in early stages 
Without specific reads I would fold here as well and call QQ+. He seemed reasonably tight so far, which is why I am putting him on AK, JJ+ as well, which is not a range you would like to gamble against.
I am calling this, it is a good spot fo him to jam 99+ and AQ+, not a great call, but I think it is OK.
