Hi,

against what hand do you see a value bet?
Maybe KQ or QT, but you already have shown so much strength, that I'd check behind nearly always, as the flush arrives.
Plus he can be on a bluff or value-checkraise.

Best regards,
Anin

you can raise flop, but his 3-bet range on your flop likely crushes AQ and I think he isn´t really going to call down KQ once you raise flop, bet turn and shove river.
So better keep pot small ip and see what he does on the turn
Turn call is fine and I´d also check back on that river card. He is sometimes c/c river, but mostly he is either c/f, sometimes c/r or c/c AQ+
So your river bet hasn´t really got any value, also you see what hands he is barreling on the turn
