How can I save my PT3 database before I format windows and how to restore it ?

Just save the processed folder under C:\Program Files\PokerTracker3\Processed. Then after format/reinstall u can import hands from this folder.
You can also use the backup / restore feature so you don't have to reimport your hands and any database information that isn't part of the hand history files.
However the hand history files in Processed are support important so back them up frequently!
