That line is usually a strong hand. He looks like a donk and donks usually are afraid of paired boards, and if you call there many times you get a well sized bet on the river that you have to fold... I know the odds are tempting but I learned to let those hands go.

pot is very small, he isn´t really bluffing there too often and basically every hand that he is raising turn crushes your range
