This was a 3$ rush rebuy tournament. Only had about 20hands on the player of which he had raised a few of them so at least he didnt seem like the biggest superNIT in the world. Average stacksize was about 190k at this point. I wasnt getting any big hands, this was hand number 503 in the tourney and i had got AA one time, KK one time and QQ zero times. So i maby was a bit tired of the hole thing and didnt want to chip down to a small stack waiting for a big hand that obviously wasnt coming.. so how spew-retard is this play on a scale 1-10?

fold preflop and as played fold to the 3bet , you have to respect it a bit

If you aren't going to play 98s 100% of the time there, then fold 98o every time. Sometimes 4-betting 98o while you fold 98s just costs you the freeroll of 5% more flushes after you get called, and that matters a lot.

I think you should fold to the 3-bet. Regardless of how card-dead you felt you were earlier, nothing about your hand says to push. Your raise was not in steal position, and your opponent made a large 3-bet in front of 4 other players, so the 3-bet represents a lot of strength. Your opponent covers you by a lot and gets some odds.

imo in 3$ MTT u will never make people fold who got u covered like x1,5+ times ur stack, after they 3 bet u 4x u and u 4betAi

hmmm ?( what is more spewy 1 or 10?

I don't understand why are you in a rush? :)
And why do you say you have a small stack? 40bb+ is by no means a SS in most MTTs online. As Rebuz said since you are in a 3$ and you got 3bet so big (4x) I can't see this being profitable ever. So on the spew scale this would a 9 I think.
I can't see him folding almost never. He has prob something like AK or 99-JJ maybe QQ and he does not want to see a flop BUT he is not folding to a push.
So you have to fold I think at least after you get 3bet.

easy fold in a 3$ rush ...

but i whould never push 89o ... there are many better hands for a bluff
