Don't I represent a 9 when I bet the river here?

What's his check/calling range on the turn?

--> Ax, strong pockets and an occasional 9.

What % of that does he fold on the river?

--> Almost nothing (you block KK/QQ!).

Trying to get people to fold top pair, especially BvB, is not smart.

I like everything up to the river BTW (even though you "should" probably 3bet KQs for value preflop for strategic purposes, but **** that on these stakes).

yeah you are right he doesn't fold Ax here.
I usually don't like 3B BB vs SB but prefer to play post flop IP instead.

Yeah, I agree. It's just that we should probably 3bet this guy a fair amount with air, so we need enough value hands in our range to remain balanced. But nobody is going to be exploiting you for having a 3bet range that's too weak, so there's more value to be had by flatting.

You can 3-bet pf, but if you want to float, then I´d just give up on the river
You never has there 9x if you bet river, you´re likely not betting yourself smt like A5 then he would call you down with any Ax hand of often with TT-KK
