Hot Poker Thread of the Week
While it is not entirely mandatory (at least in the short run), you need to be "skilled" to be a "winning" player. What came to community member giova86's mind this week is one fairly tricky question - which poker game requires the most skill to make you a winning player?
Reactions to this question were various. Is there really a way to rate the games and find the hardest one of them all? In order to do so, you would need to define a winning and a skilled player, count in other factors, such as the popularity of a certain game, etc. While the question is tricky and some say impossible to answer, the debate on it is certainly firing up and if you wish to read some of the thoughts on it or share your own insights, don't hesitate to check out Giova86's thread.

Poker Blog of the Week
In the poker blog of this week, efukas shared his upside down poker road, with all its twists and turns, before he finally managed to get things rolling. There is pretty much no poker land this man hasn't crossed. He's been everywhere, all the way from facebook poker to heads-up games on PokerStars.
He has set his eyes on SnG HU games and intends to write about that in his newly created blog. If you wish to find out more about him or check out how he's been doing lately, check out his blog which is no less refreshing than you would an expect from an 18 years old Lithuanian who is eager to play poker.

A stream of new players poured into our community this week, as new players from all over the world now eagerly await to begin playing poker or improve their poker knowledge. Performances of the Week
While there weren't any huge wins this week, many of our members managed to grind their way through smaller stake tournaments to boost their bankrolls. Some of them also reached the goals they've been gunning for for the past two years! Such as some of the members finally moving up the ranks on PokerStragey.com. Here are some of the best performances from our members this week:

It was a modest week for us, but the important thing is that we keep on going. It is multiple small victories such as the ones in this week that make the difference when no big wins are there to push us forwards. Keep in mind that even though small steps might seem small, in the long run they all add up to our $1 million goal. Keep on posting your results and hopefully we'll make another one of those giant leaps upwards in the following week(s).
