$1,440,000 guaranteed in 888poker's XL Inferno
This May, 888poker will once again host the XL Inferno, offering 10 days of tournament action from May 16 with a chance to qualify for the WSOP.
After just running the XL Blizzard, 888poker continues the XL Series this month with the Inferno edition. Brace yourself for a fiery storm of high value tournaments with affordable buy-ins and the chance to win big!
The XL Inferno will start on May 16, once again offering 34 events in total until May 26 with buy-ins ranging from $5.50 up to $320. A prize pool of more than $1.4 million is guaranteed in the series, with the extra chance to win a seat in this year's WSOP.
Apart from the Main Event, some of the highlights of the XL Inferno include two events with a six-figure prize pool, with $100,000 each guaranteed in the Tune Up Event on May 19 and the High Roller Event on May 21.
The Main Event is due on Sunday, May 26 and again comes in three editions:
- $500,000 Main Event with a $250 buy-in at 17:00 GMT
- $50,000 Mini Main Event with a $33 buy-in at 17:30 GMT
- $15,000 Micro Main Event with a $5.50 buy-in at 18:00 GMT
Qualify for the WSOP 2019
If the juicy tournament schedule is not enough reason to play in the XL Inferno series, 888poker have made it even more enticing by offering a chance to qualify for this year's WSOP.
Anyone playing in 5 or more XL Inferno events will get a special ticket to a WSOP Qualifier Freeroll which is going to take place at the end of the series with the following prizes on offer:
- 1x WSOP Main Event package worth $12,600
- 3x Crazy 8's packages worth $2,700 each
- $9,300 in prize money
And don't forget that you can also still qualify for the WSOP Main Event 2019 through 888poker's regular promotion, available until June 16.
Free seat in the XL Inferno Main Event
From May 6, our partner room is also hosting daily qualifiers for the $500,000 Main Event and the $50,000 Mini Tune Up Event of the XL Inferno, running each day at 16:00 and 20:00 GMT until May 25.
