Starting today, BetOnline is bringing us another week-long tournament festival with affordable buy-ins, big guarantees, lots of knockout action, and another exciting twist!
The Bounty Hunter Series is running from August 22-28, with 36 events in total scheduled and giving away guarantees of at least $160,000 within a single week. The highlight of the series, a big $50,000 Main Event is slated for Sunday, Aug 28, coming with a buy-in of only $22.
As the name suggests, all tournaments of the series are PKO events, with 50% of each buy-in going to tournament prize pool and the other 50% becoming a bounty prize on each player's head. Knocking a player out will award you with half of their bounty while the other half gets added to the price on your own head, so bounties get bigger as the tournament plays out.

$1,000 Nightly Bounty Hunter Shootouts
Additionally, each day players will get the chance to play a Shootout event for those that collect at least one bounty in the Bounty Hunter Series events.
Each All-In Shootout will gather the successful Bounty Hunters of the day and give them the chance to collect a share of $1,000. The number of knockouts each day will determine your starting stack in these shootouts:
- 1-5 Knockouts: 1 starting chip
- 6-10 Knockouts: 3 starting chips
- 11-20 Knockouts: 5 starting chips
- 21+ Knockouts: 10 starting chips
A bigger starting stack means bigger chances of survival in the Bounty Hunters Shootout and an increased chance to bag a share of the $1,000 prize pool. So make sure to collect as many bounties as you can during the day!
