Top 20 December: Phisherman Still in the Lead

As previously mentioned, PokerStrategy is giving away $4,000 to the top 20 point collectors. The results for second week are in, so read on to see if you are among the winners.

It was previously reported here that the December point hunt has begun and last week we saw Phisherman in the lead by a significant margin. However, the race is not over yet over and anything can still happen.  We saw the drastic leaps players can make throughout the course of last week leading up to today.

Phisherman managed to keep his lead and is now closer to being $1,000 richer thanks to his continued performance.  TwiceT has managed to collect nearly 10,000 points in the last 7 days and is now in third place. He is followed by a surprise contender in the form of trebory59 who did not play at all during the first week and has now suddenly jumped to 3rd place.  If he manages to keep his position until the end of the promotion, he will earn $400, but if he keeps playing like this, he will actually be a strong challenger to Phisherman.

TribunCaesar went down one spot since last week and is currently in 6th position while surfguy25 (8th) also took quite a fall, since he was ranked second last week.  Up and coming on the other hand is TerrorBlade who has been doing well recently and is now 11th.
