Top 250 May: Loki And Opal99 Victorious
The month of May is over and with it, so are its two respective promotions. Our member Opal99 managed to hold on to his first place until the end, thus winning this month's Jackpot promotion.
opal99 proved to be unstoppable this month, as he took the lead early on and didn't stop until the end.
He also went as high as 39th in the international rankings for his 38,598 StrategyPoints, thus earning our community's first prize of $500.
Ranked second was his countryman, thelastnail, who accumulated a total of 26,478 points this month. For his feat, he gets $400 in cash.
The third place and $300 cash prize went to terrorblade, as he had 20,225 points at the end of May.

Looking at the overall leaderboard for this month, we notice that loki has managed to keep his number 1 spot with 137,312 StrategyPoints, thus earning the big prize of $10,000 - congratulations!
f3rt pushed hard in the last week and went up two spots, securing the second place for this month. This means that his 104,760 points at the end of May gave him the $6,000 cash prize.
Ranked third, one place lower than last week, is gotthebigfish, who will receive $4,000 for his spot.

As we reported in this news, the Top 10 Jackpot promotion is back. Between the 1st and the 31st of June 2009, our English community
members will have the opportunity to show their skills and be rewarded
with up to $500. The ten PokerStrategists who accumulate the most
StrategyPoints by the end of that period will get their share of the
$1,750 prize pool.

In this year as well, we will distribute at least $1,200,000 in bonuses within the TOP250 promotion
alone. The top finisher of
