With PokerStrategy and Mansion Poker to the WSOP

To participate at the legendary poker tournament in July, you only have to

WSOP package worth $12.700
The lucky tournament winner receives the $10.000 buy-in for the Main Event of the World Series of Poker and further $2.700 for the trip, accomodation and catering. The win at the WSOP qualifier by PokerStrategy and Mansion Poker is thus worth a combined $12.700!
This is how you play for a ticket to the WSOP:
- Mansion Account:
You need a Mansion Poker account which is tracked back to PokerStrategy and included in the profile. - Deposit:
Able to participate in the qualification tournament are PokerStrategy
members who have fulfilled 1. and who made a deposit on Mansion Poker
between May 1st and May 23rd 13:00 CET (12:00 GMT). It doesn't
matter if it's the first deposit or not. The $50 starting capital does
not count as a deposit! You have to deposit yourself at Mansion Poker! - Qualification tournament on May 25th:
The tournament for the $12.700 WSOP package will take place on Sunday, May 25th at 19:00 CET (18:00 GMT). Qualified are every PokerStrategists who fulfilled 1. and 2. Further details about the tournament will be given due notice.

The World Series of Poker is...
for over 30 years the biggest and probably most important poker event ever. The buy-in for the Main Event hasn't changed since 1973, set at $10.000. Already since 1991 the tournament winner received a prize money of 1 million Dollars!
In the record year of 2006, 8.773 players participated in the Main Event. The winner, Jamie Gold, received $12.000.000 prize money for his triumph.
WSOP 2008:
This year as well the World Series of Poker with the $10.000
Main Event will take place again in the Rio All-Suite Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas (Picture see above). In total 55 tournaments will be held from May 30th to July 14th.
The $10.000 Main Event takes place from July 3rd to 14th. Only the final table will be played on November 9th and 10th - the winner will thus be determined several weeks after the actual event.
