The sickest Bad Beat Jackpot hand ever?

Bad Beat Jackpots are awarded when you lose with a massive hand (usually Quads or better) and you get the biggest slice of the jackpot (50%), with the hand winner getting a significant portion (25%) and the rest of the table share the remainder (25%).

Spare a thought for R J Bergman who was playing a $1/$2 Bad Beat Jackpot game (with an $18,000 jackpot) at the Casino Del Sol in Arizona. He lost with Quad Nines to a Straight Flush but this happened:

As you can see he did indeed lose with Quads to a Straight Flush, but there was also Quad Tens involved in the hand. 

All of which meant that it was the player with Quad Tens who scooped the lion's share of the jackpot ($9,000) with the player with the Straight Flush getting the second portion ($4,500) and Bergman just got the same $665 that the other six players at the table got for being dealt into the hand. This may be the first time (or at least the first time since everyone has had a cameraphone in their pocket to record it) that a third best hand loses with Quads in a Bad Beat Jackpot. Also there was never a point in the hand where the Quad Tens was ahead, so it's remarkable they go on to scoop the biggest jackpot. Most card rooms have a rule where only the top two hands contest the two biggest jackpots. 

Bergman posted the hand on Reddit and estimated the odds of this hand being one in 1.045 trillion (The Reddit users also had plenty to say about the design of the playing cards). 

$665 extra is still $665 extra, but this really is a bad beat within a Bad Beat Jackpot.
