Annette Obrestad joins Full Tilt Poker

Annette "Annette_15" Obrestad, has been signed by Full Tilt Poker as the latest addition to their line-up of Full Tilt Pros. The Norwegian pro has $3 million in career tournament winnings and is best known for winning the first WSOP Europe Main Event in 2007.

Annette "Annette_15" Obrestad first burst into the poker scene when she won the inaugural World Series of Poker Europe title in 2007. She was only 19 at that time and won £1 million for the feat.

Obrestad, who is now 21, will be finally be able to play at the World Series of Poker in Vegas. After signing with Full Tilt Poker, she will be representing them as a Full Tilt Pro in WSOP 2010, alongside the likes of James Akenhead, Huck Seed and Vitaly Lunkin.

$3 million in career tournament winnings

According to her profile on the Full Tilt Poker website, she started her career in online poker through a $9 freeroll tournament win. She then built her bankroll by advancing through the limits in Sit and Gos and multi table tournaments.

In addition to her win at the WSOPE Main Event, she also finished 2nd at the 2007 EPT Dublin and 13th at the 2009 EPT Monte Carlo. More recently, she won a Pot Limit Omaha side event and made the final table at the 2010 Aussie Millions. All this puts her at just over $3 million in live tournament winnings.
