Players converge on Wembley

After a turbulent build-up, the International Stadiums Poker Tour has finally kicked off inside Wembley Stadium.
While the event might not have the $30 million guarantee first projected, there will be €1 million for the winner courtesy of Dusk Till Dawn.
Having held a series of Day 1s online, players arrived to find a specially constructed poker village inside Wembley Stadium earlier today.
Buying in directly to Day 2 is a selection of pros, including Toby Lewis and Tony G, as well as ISPT Ambassadors Sam Trickett, and Michael Mizrachi.
Today's session has welcomed roughly 500 so far players and we'll be brining you a full recap of the action in tomorrow's Daily Rewind.
WSOP's cash blunder

It was only supposed to be a play money launch but, following a technical glitch, the WSOP's new US poker site accidently offered real money action.
After launching the site on Wednesday, the WSOP's technical team soon discovered that Mac users were able to download the real money client and deposit money.
The fault was soon corrected; however, an official representative confirmed that "two Nevada players were able to gain access to [the] real money poker client".
The two players were subsequently refunded and removed from the site, but not before they took some screenshots of the new client in action.
Filippi free to play WSOP

Professional poker player Amnon Filippi recently made national headlines in New York following a court ruling by Judge Ronnie Abrams.
Having been arrested back in October 2012 for possession of more than 100 marijuana plants, Filippi was released on conditional bail and fitted with an electronic tracker.
Restricting his movements to certain areas of New York, Westchester and Long Island, Amnon soon entered a plea to have the tracker removed so he could continue playing poker.
After assessing the testimony from Filippi's lawyer, Judge Abrams agreed to lift the restrictions and allow Filippi to travel to Las Vegas this summer for the WSOP.

Another day of action in the inaugural PokerStrategy.com Open Series saw 496 take to the felt for the $1.10 rebuy event.
After a succession of rebuys and add-ons the $1,000 guarantee was pushed to $1,307 and as the final table developed it looked as though Finland were going to clinch another top three finish.
However, after "Quenth" busted in seventh, Russia's
sambruk was able to claim the $247 top prize, ahead of Japan's "gakugeikai" (2nd - $181) and Hungary's palos007 (3rd - $133).
