PokerStars new format rules leaked
We recap some stories you may have missed including a free staking book and a player falling asleep at a major final table.
Unfold Hold'em leaked
Earlier this week we brought you the news that PokerStars removed Showtime Hold'em to make way for a new variant, possibly 'Unfold Hold'em'. Now, once again, PokerFuse has done something sleuthing and discovered the rules of this game, which have been leaked.
Unfold appears to be a standard Six Max No Limit cash game which plays exactly the same as regular No Limit with the exception that each player pays an extra ante worth a quarter of a big blind. After the flop, regardless of whether the player has folded or not, everyone originally dealt in is invited to make a bet the size of the collected antes to win a side pot.
The main pot will play as normal, but this new format makes sure that everybody has an interest in a side pot every single hand, even if they fold preflop.
Free poker staking book
Half the scandals in poker arise from unclear staking deals and even the best players in the world struggle to understand things like markup, so a book about poker staking seems like a good idea.

I could beat this final table in my sleep
The first final table of the new World Poker Tour season is probably over by the time you read this, but maybe the most remarkable thing to take away from it is the fact that one of its players managed to make the finale while he was a sleep.
Men 'The Master' Nguyen was presumed drunk and actually kept falling alseep at the table, until he was eventually convinced to take a break away from the table to wake himself up again.

He was the chip leader when he left the table and still managed to end the penultimate day with a big stack for this event with a $565,055 top prize.
