NL: Platinum Graduation Exam
by MiiWiin
In today's platinum examination we will take a look at how you can win
pots through increased aggression, and at how and when such moves are
adequate, respectively. According to the articles found in our Platinum
section, we will thus deal with light 3-bet, floats and squeeze-plays.
While we have already collected some partial information and stats about
our opponents on the following tables, we have actually only joined the
table recently and thus haven't build up an own image yet and didn't
get any impression of the actual table dynamic.
Note: we will deal with quite difficult spots here, which means there
are usually several opinions. It's probably quite marginal to make a
difference between "wrong" and "correct" in most cases. We also assume
some pre-flop/flop plays which you might not have played accordingly on
your own. The attribution of points and some of the solutions given are
subject to the authors opinion - the content and concepts are however
strongly oriented following the three corresponding platinum articles by
Sammy, Remoh and Ragen.
And now...enjoy!
