NL: Diamond Graduation Exam

In our diamond graduation exam, we will wrap things up with the final
topics of deepstack- and slow-play. With a stack bigger than 200BB, it
can sometimes be particularly difficult to make the right decision,
while it would be easy with a mere 100BB. For most choices, there are
pro and a contra. Discussions about the spots are thus explicitly
desired.

Some of the opponents are partly known to us, but we don't have a
sufficient sample-size to categorize them through their stats. Our reads
were rather collected from only a few orbits where we observed the
game. Our decisions could definitely be different in case we had more
usable reads. As this often isn't the case, we have to rely on our own
assessment instead.
