Turn- and Riverplay OOP with Initiative

Today's FL quiz deals with the topic of turn- and riverplay out of
position, but with initiative. Quite a few players have trouble when
they find themselves in this spot. Finding yourself out of position,
it's often hard to put your opponents on hands and to predict his
actions after a his call on the flop - due to the fact that his calling
range on the flop is very broad and varied, it's hard to figure out your
own equity.

It's often the case that you can't clearly say whether check/fold,
bet/fold or check/call is the best choice. The following quiz allows you
to test your skill when it comes to playing oop and with initiative on
turn and river.
